Testing equipment is carried by all teams to diagnose faults.  Laptops equipped with data cards allow remote diagnostics and information to be sent directly from site, resulting in all persons being kept in the information loop leading to a quicker resolution.
Planned and preventative maintenance schedules are agreed with customers to cover legislative responsibilities for PAT testing, Fire Alarm tests, Air Handling / Cooling systems and periodic electrical inspection.
