Cabinets are among the most refined - and the most valuable pieces of furniture available. Cabinets can create a dramatic focal point in a room - but unless you are extremely lucky, you may have to dig deep in your pockets to be able to afford an early one. Tables & Sideboards Large pieces, such as serving tables and sideboards, become extremely elegant and sophisticated during the 18th century, and many are very expensive.
